smoke coming from head covers
So, I just get done replacing my emission control smog vacuum lines and they look great. I turn on my car and take a cruse for about oh 5 min to make sure my lines are still attached after I get home. As I drive back to my drive way and back my car in, I notice a difference in sound coming from my engine bay and my car has a problem idling. I pop the hood with the engine running and I notice some smoke coming from the head covers on the driver side near the number 8 cylinder. The hissing noise is there as well and I immediately turn my car off and the hissing dies down. I wait 5 min and start my car again and the hissing noise is still there and my car is trying to stay alive. Is it my head gasket or my lower intake gasket that is spilling oil into my cylinders? or something else.

You are a genius, I found out the one of my vacuum lines came off under the intake next to the fuel regulator vacuum line and my PCV valve just happened to pop off and some of the oil was gettin on the backside of the exhaust.
