i have a 90 gt with 302 has trickflow streetheat intake, 75mm throttlebody, 24# injectors, 70mm ford maf with 55mm stock 5.0 maf sensor, f303 cam, gt40 heads, msd ignition. the timing is set at 10 degree btdc, it will idle fine but when you get on it it sputters after 2500 rpm and im not sure why i have 31psi of fuel pressure with vaccum line connected

you have 24 lb injector with stock maf? the maf and injectors have to match or aleast be tuned for it

i think youve got a fuel problem. you should be holding around 38 psi of fuel pressure. 31 isnt gonna cut it

31psi is fine, it's the MAF & injector combo. I'm surprised it idles good.

ya 31 psi should be good wit the vaccum line hooked up unhooked the psi should be like 39...........im goin to get a pm or a c&l maf hopefully that fixes the problem.......also i have a cracked distributor module idk if that has anything to do with it cause it will idle fine and run fine up to 2,000 rpm but after 2k it runs like crap spittin and sputterin

Replace that module while you're at it. General rule of automotive reliability & safety: if it's cracked, replace it.

REPLACE THE MAF WITH A PRO M 75MM AND NOW CAR RUNS 10 TIMES WORSE !!!
