Default emergency brake light

When I let me brake off the light will sometimes go off and sometimes stay on, sometimes go off for a while and then come back on. I am assuming its a sensor any guesses? Anyone know where it is located?

Check to see if the brake fluid is low. Brake fluid Reservoir has a sensor and once the fluid is low the red brake light will stay on!

If that's a dead end, the sensor for the handle is on the handle. Remove center console and you'll see it. Both systems share the same light.
