Default Engine running rough

I have a 95 mustang gt and I've recently installed long tube headers and deleted the smog system and now the car is running rough. At idle the car sounds almost as if it has a cam. Then when I accelerate the car sputters and jerks like it has a miss. Just to be clear I did plug the vacuum lines that go to the smog pump and have checked out all the other lines. All the ignition components where replaced about 15,000 miles ago and the only othe engine mod is cold air intake. There also isn't any cel. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

It doesn't seem like you've done anything to it for it to cause it to act thay way. Pull the codes. if you have any.

YES. I did this when I tuned my car up last year. Had a couple of the plugs switched around, idled rough and did the same thing you are talking about. Ended up blowing the coolant radiator hose gasket that goes to the front of the lower intake manifold. Talk about a mess lol
