ok.. i may have left out that it only does this after about 30-45 minutes of running....

I was gonna guess egr valve is getting stuck open , Do you get any check engine light?? If so pull the codes .

Well, this might be a game changer... It only does it after ive been driving it for about 30-45 minutes
