fuel pump wiring help
ive had a problem with a random miss for a long long time and sometimes my car seems to make alot more power than others. . ive ben getting a code 96, i tested voltage at the pump connector and got 9 volts, so i went to the relay and somehow got 35 volts? i dont know how thats even possible but i started ripping apart my car and found all theese splices. theese dont look factory to me lol does any one have pics of there wiring i dont know what to do with theese

Yeah, those splices don’t look factory and look really bad too. If they are still needed I would replace them and use shrink-tubing to properly seal them up.
35 volts? yeah, unless you’ve got multiple 12 volt batteries (3 to be exact) connected in series in your car I think the 35 volt measurement may have been inaccurate. I’d double check that you had the meters set to volts and not milli-volts or some other scale, or that you missed the decimal point in-between the 3 and the 5 on the screen.
