Angry 95 bt vert fog light issue

95 gt vert has factory wiring harness Light comes on inside the car (fog light switch) but the fog light doesn't come on.

Have checked the fuse (fine) New bulb. No the high beams aren't on...lol Read most of the threads on this & can't seem to figure out why they won't work.

Any ideas as what I should check next?

Thanks in advance

grab a test light, and check for power and ground out at the harness connector to determine which one of the two is missing

OK, here's what I checked. Took a multi meter grounded to my battery to the positive & checked each side of the fog light plug in & got 12.2 with the multi meter set to dcv 200. Is that correct? If so it's getting juice but no light coming on. Oh & I hade the lights on & NOT on bright & the fog light switch is on inside the car!

Any ideas?

Thanks

No the grounds that go to the fog lights.

Instead of using the battery ground to check for voltage use the ground at the fog lights.

Swap the fog light relay with the horn relay and see if the lights come on and the horn quits working.
