I have the Mild Edge torque converter and i'm only able to launch at 2 grand. Shouldn't i be somewhere around 3 grand before i start spinning the tires?

depends on the converter and where it flashes. also you will never just stall the converter on brake to its full amount. only a transbrake will stall to max limit. now when you flash it thats when it will see the true stall but stall also goes by torque of motor

So i should roll at about lets say 10mph then pin it and then look for what?
