Which fuse is headlight?

Which fuse is headlight?
I have an 87 gt. My headlights and fog lights wont turn on. They are brand new only a month old bulbs. Which fuse is for the headlights under the dash? I got the electrical diagram but cant read it for crap. Any help appreciated!

Based on this wiring diagram (http://www.autozone.com/images/cds/g...3d80167160.gif), it's #4 under the dash. But the fog lights are #15.
