Which alternator??

well im having alt problems again, i fired my first one and the one i have now the bearing is going bad. what kind/brand alt should i get to replace it? i have eletric cooling fans, and stuff like that so should i get one that charges more? thanks for the help

get a Sn95 one or a powermaster or even a PA one

well im going to the junkyard on tuesday will one off a 6cyl work to? also vfast said something about one off a f150

it may work. its not the matter of it working its the matter of the brackets. the output is what you need

i was going ot buy a sn95 one from advance but they wanted a core charge so with a core charge it was cheaper to get my powermaster for 130 i think it was then buy from advance

and my alt is cheap cause of natural finish instead of polished or powercoated

Also, hear the ones out of the Windstar are a great choice.
I'm currently using one out of a grand marquis, not sure if it charges anymore but my stock one finally gave up not too long ago.
Had to unhook one of those plastic holding pins to allow the wiring harness to reach the newly located plugs though.
