if using a blown that a 331 is the tickets..but guys these are some young working guys who might now have the $$ for the s/c....but really fellas the 185afr's you wil be happy an 2nd if you go with a 331 or 347 you will have to pay extra for the twisted wedge pistons to go with the heads.

347
afr 185
520-533 cam
flat top pistons ..fly cut
trick flow track heat
70mm t/b
76 or 80 mas
24-30 injectors
msd or accel coil
msd plug wires.

bfg drag radial
4 banger front spring
air bag left rear
few other things

the motor is a strong runner with good oil pressure and doesn't leak or smoke at all. I wouldn't be surprised it had some work done before i got it. I cant decide what heads to get. I noticed that the canfield heads are a little cheaper then the afr's and have smaller combustion chambers for higher compression but for a little more i can get stage 1 ported afr 165's from wynnes speed. As for the track heat they have the 2.02 valve and dont have to have the pistons notched. I was told that the track heats flow as good as the 165's. They each have there strong points. For suspension can i just get a set of drag shocks?

o yeah and my school is full of imports. there's only 1 or 2 other v8 mustangs and there not into modding them. Normally where ever you go you see alot of mustangs but here its kinda rare. except for all the v6's.

i was talking to DOHC cobra. the car situation is the same here as wherever you are. alot of ricers and all the stangs are V6s (and most of them are ricers). there are older cars (a lot of chevys) but they are owned by older guys. i hope i can shake up the whole town when i get my stang. i will show them damn ricers what a real car is
