Cobra Intake Plaque

Anyone know what intake plaque comes on the Cobra intake from Steeda. Any pics of it installed ? I cant tell from this pic.

pretty sure it says "5.0 cobra" similar to the reg 5.0 tag
but it might not come w/ one at all....need to buy it separate

You might want to try www.50resto.com They have Cobra intake setup at allot cheaper price. Just go and download the pdf catalog I think its on page 60
