whats a better cam... E303 or TFS stage 1

which has a better idle? which sounds better?.... and then Which on performs better? the E303 or TFS stage 1?all is a modded car with H/C/I...on a stock306 rebuilt

the e cam will have a smoother idle but the tfs will out perform the e cam and it will sound a lot more agressive.

i am running the tfs cam in one of my mustangs & like it very much. you can tell it has a cam when it is at idle too.

the TFS is a little more aggressive and a little cheaper as well. Both have a nice lopey idle.
