Default Power Problem

Hey. I have a problem w/ my cars power. It is mostly stock exept CAI OR H-pipe smog bypass and vortex mufflers. It uses a quart of oil every 400 miles. Ok when it is about 40 degrees it runs like a champ. But when it is warm or when the engine gets warmed up a bit it runs like sh*t, like when you are at wot there is no power, like it is chokeing itself, gets loud but nothing. Also when you put it at wot it really smokes like grey colored smoke. Any Ideas what the prob could be? Mabey Head gasket? Piston rings?
