RE: Entire intake system
Allright whats the reasoning behind maybe leaning more towards a trickflow than the typhoon system? And I am not missing anything correct I have all the connectors and pieces I am going to need to do this whole job. thanks to everyone for their respones again.

RE: Entire intake system
Well a typhoon intake manifold is aimed more towards the near stock bolt on 5.0s. Trick Flow makes different intakes specifically for different rpm ranges and/or higher HP applications. I'm sure that the typhoon will work great with your application if that's what you want to use.

Ok but I don't want to be changing the U/L manifold once I get further down the road into my mods I want to do. But you still think i'll be good to go with it for a while?

I say go with what u kno will work. Look at how many ppl go with trick flow and then look at the number that go with typhoon. Trick flow is much more dominant. My brother works at summit and i asked him which sells a lot more. he told me TF hands down. the final decision is urs but if it were me and prolly 80% of everyone else here, i think Trick flow would be picked.

RE: Entire intake system
the trickflow is better than the pro-products, no contest, but the edelbrock rpm2 is about the same.
but there is nothing wrong with the pro-products other than its made in china and is a crapy casting, they are still better than the cobra intakes, and are an edelbrockrpm knockoff.
