i posted on here b4 about a idle problem well i still got it i tryed setting my TPS today but i couldnt figure it out i bought a dv volt guage that read up to 250 it didnt say .250 and i new that it had to be set at .97 .98 they were just solid numbers so i wasnt sure. If my idle is set at about 900 and when my car is cold it will surge real bad and cut out so i bumped the idle up to about 1100 and it doesnt surge that bad and once it warms up the idle is fine at 1100 and 900. ANY IDEAS

I had a holly and could not get rid of the surge so i took it off and got a trick flow and havent had the problem since

c&l 76mm i hope its not the holley cuz thats alot of money down the drain but i got a gt-40 at my house too i think my fuel pump is goin bad could that be the problem be the problem cuz after a couple seconds the surging idle is gone just a idea i didnt think a fuel pump would cause this though

I dont thank its your pump if you want try to pull th holly upper and lower and put a new base gasget on and use hight temp sealant it may fix it

Try adjusting the screw under the TB, I had that problem today, and that seemed to fix it.

Also is it just surging? Its not shutting off right?

i did adjust the idle i bumped it up to about 1100 and its better but i like it down around 900 but it surges to much and cuts out from the surging that low
