They both fit stock heads.
They both fit stock heads.
Do a dry run fit on them and choose your gaskets carefully. Somebody help me with this but I think the de facto gasket is Fel-Pro #1250, generally recognized as the best fit.
Having said that, though, doing a dry gasket fit will help you de-burr the edges (I would chamfer the intake runners maybe an eigth) and port-match the intake runners on the lower intake to the gasket/head. There is ALWAYS room for improvement there, even though Trick Flow has real nice castings. Depending on how much work you want to do (and I assume you are not taking the stock heads off), you could easily unlock another sneaky 10-20 free horsepower here, especially if you want to true up the throttle-body orifice on the upper and split hairs by port matching the upper and lower with a 1" spacer in between. Not a lot of people do this because it is a lot of sweat equity and you're already going to see gobs of gain over a stock intake, but if you want to squeeze blood out of the horsepower turnip, it's well worth the time.
