IMO, the full lengths are not worth the money. I had non-full length subframes put on the vert and they helped out tremendously, I really didn't think that full lenghts would help out THAT much more and for the hatch I'm probably still going to run non-full lengths. In reality, I don't think that you will get a noticabley lower ET just because of the subframes, maybe on a high HP application that has some twisting problems you would see it. But it does stiffen your frame up quite a bit, well worth your money with whichever ones you choose.

Ok cool thanks for the input. I think I will just go with the regular length ones, just to save the money, I dont have that much hp to have to worry about it too much. BTW here are some of my new toys for my tune up. I'm getting the accel wires also and I will put them on before the track. Then its time for me to fix the scratch in my car and get the windows tinted, unless I can get my hands on the gt-40E intake for cheap.

it wont make a huge difference, but theyre a good investment a few years down that road, when your doors still line up with the car.

I haven't had them installed yet. I just got them about a week or two ago. They should connect from the front to the rear subframe though.

Thats funny, i just bought the same ones from blue oval but i got powdercoated red. I got them and i thought they were dinky but i guess there okay. The guys at the body shop thought the same also but you guys say there a worlds differance so we will see. I am getting them done along with other things. They are charging 3.5 hrs and 48 dollars an hour... not to bad i guess.
Its better then the **** bolted ones i had.Junk
