Well from what I have heard MSD doesn't give you any power. It just makes sure your harnessing all the power you have and is better on the engine. But a 347 storker with H/C/I would be a good combo. Just make sure you get quality stuff. And remember Forged is the way to go. Also you might just want to change out the block too. Once you get into the 400 to 500+ hp range your in danger of cracking block. A main and valley girdle will help this out if you choose to stay with the stock block.

How to tune the the engine after rebuilding it?

I have a dyno at some friends across the street..but can i adjust the stock ignition & fuel with this powers?

"A main and valley girdle" , summit racing sells those?

Honestly when it comes to tuning I might as well be slamming my nuts in a car door. I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to tuning. There is always a way to tune it but how you go about that you have to ask someone else. Main girdles are sold through a few different companies. I don't think Jegs or Summit has them but I might be wrong. I know that Coast High Performance sells main girdles and I think trickflow sells some main girdles. That would also be a better question to ask around. And honestly I have heard of valley girdles but I have never seen one so I have no clue where to get those at.

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator and an MSD 6 AL box with a nice blaster coil and Pro-Billet Distributor if your willing to spend the money is the way I would go. Unless your gonna eventually boost then for with all that but instead of the MSD 6 AL go with the MSD 6 BTM.

Well I guess not. Jegs sells a full kit for the 5.0 including, plugs, and wires as well as the box, distributor, and the coil for like 600 to 700 buck (not sure on exact price) and a fuel pressure regulator will cost you anywhere from 100 to 300 depending on what brand and where you buy. I personally don't have that amount of money to spend. (Working my way through college) + the turbo kit is kicking my a$$, financially. ha ha ha. But I still love my baby.
