Default MAF question

i know this question has been asked 100s of times but search brings up too much to read and i just need some straight answers. i want to upgrade my MAF. do i need the actual sensor, or just the tube? will this work?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/86-87...spagenameZWDVW

i also found another one calibrated for 30pound injectors. how easy is it to change the calibration?

THANKS GUYS

the sensor is in the tube, made right into it. just a bigger MAF increases airflow, along with a larger intake tube and throttle body.

Calibration depends on what brand you go with. The c&l uses the stock sensor while others come w/ their own. Either way they have to be calibrated for the injectors you have in your car. The good thing about the c&l is you only have to buy a new sampling tube when you change injector size.(about 30 bucks) Others have to be sent out and recaled. (usually over 100.00 plus shipping)

I have a c&l and am very happy with it.
