RE: 95gt vs gsr hatch
was ur xrs stock? cause a stock gsr has about 170 hp and 128 tq and weighs 2665 pounds and does 0-60 in 7 sec while a 2005 corolla xrs stock does it in 7.6 and has 170hp and 127 tq and weighs 2670 pounds

idk i say cars within a few tenths, anything can happen on the street. SRT4s run faster than me all day at the track but the one time i raced one on the street i whooped him.. Think about how long half a second reaction time is, game over.

RE: 95gt vs gsr hatch
did you say a gsr in a civic.? so its a swapped civic? what year is the car?.... quote:
a race is a race. its supposed to be for fun anyways. especially if its your best friend. i got my *** handed to me a 95 civic ex with a b16 and .57 turbo only boosting 6 psi. i was more excited about losing than anything cause i wanted to know what this guy had done to his car
and i have a freind with a fully built 2001 2 door coupe civic single cam d series motor i think its d16 y8 ,with the edelbrock turbo kit set to 12 pounds, tial bov, no catback just open thru cat, turbo timer, some stage two clutch and flywheel. and he couldnt beat a 2004 srt-4 with exhaust, intake, racing stripes(adds 30 hp), and bov by about a half a car or alittle less. And he is a good driver so its not like he was shiftin crappy cause i was with him its just that his car has some serious traction issues.... but yea i would say race him and find out..... integra gsr' are pretty quick for what they are and a swap into a hatch (depending on the year) ould be real quick.... if its a early 90's civic like a 91 then its gonna be real quick cause those cars only weigh like 2200 pounds
