Your engine would run like absolute crap if the temp was regulated at 90 deg. If you have to get smogged you'd prolly never pass, and combustion temps would be so low that you'd just lose power

You might want to read up on what happens if you use too cool of a T-stat before you try anything like that and you will understand why they are not available for use on a mustang.
