so i'll ask over here then...
will will 86 gt doors fit my 93 gt? i found a guy around here that parting his car out and if his door is in decent shape i'll take it. that is if it will fit my car.
anybody know? I thought 86-93 were pretty much the same?

Yesthey will fit and NO because they have the wrong mirrors and don't have provisions to mount the 87 - 93 trim that runs along the base of the window. I'm sure if you wanted you could find a way to make it work.

door moldings and out belts different, plus the mirrors like raven said. I think their ugly and I put 93 doors on tho replace mine

87-93 are all the same except verts and t-tops. 79-86 are also the same, but 79-93 will interchange

79 will take some work to make fit as the door handle / release is on the bottom of the door not the top. I can't remeber if they even have the punchout to reloacte the handle or not but other wise yeah what stang8689 said!
