Loose fuel pump?

Loose fuel pump?
I have a Walbro 255lph pump that can rotate in the stock pump hanger. I have the four screws on the hanger as tight as they can go and I am able to turn the pump within the bracket. Is that normal?

dunno if its normal, lots of aftermarket hanger assembly's are different.
i have the exact opposite problem. i had to grind down the sleeving for the pump to get it to even fit in the hanger i have, and its only 195lph.
the sock should hold it pretty still though, its not really gonna go anywhere.
