the 13.68 was on nitto nt555rs with a 2.0 60ft the rest of the time were bfg comp t/a regular radials 245 50 16s (also same tires that were on there when i snapped my 3rd gear main shaft leaving a corner) and on the street i was always way faster then any of them also! the car got repoed shortly after i got the nittos and the day after i put new front rotors on.. haha oh well we live and we learn!

 

hmmmm mines the same way, it looks COMPLETELY stock under the hood down to the exhaust[&:] but it feels ALOT faster then my old 86[&:]

 

IMO maybe it was a 306 or 308 that gives more cr and top end, did you ever tear apart the engine???

 

I think the air quality and air temp have alot to do with times. There are some hot days where most cars run weak, and those cool nights where they run like the mother f'er.

 

yea.. i agree.... but some of our track days were in summer... and some in fall/winter and car was still pretty consistant! it is in central florida so temperature indec is about 50-60degrees at about 13 ft above sea level so i am sure that helps a little... but for the summer runs... well i guess hot track and tires help haha!!! god i loved that car... hope this new one will be as good or better!
