I'd say buy a Craftsman...they're inexpensive and have one helluva warranty.
Actually you have to pay to get them fixed. They dont have the lifetime warranty like other Craftsman tools.
I believe the repair cost is $50.

Ive got a cheap Pep Boys torque wrench and it works fine. It was only $20 so if it breaks Ill throw it out and buy another one.

Ya know, I went with my nephew last week to return a broken 3/8 's rachet and they gave him some ****ing piece of **** one that had been repaired. They are no longer giving them off the shelf to replace them, you get some used piece of **** that has been fixed. I am really getting tired of spending my hard earned money to get ****ed by sears. Now I find out that a torque wrench is not under the same warrenty as other tools. **** them I am buying Husky tools for now on, no matter how old it is they give you a brand new one right off the shelf.

What do you expect for tools that are now being sold a ****ing kmart.

I have a craftsmen inch pound and foot pound torque wrench. They have both worked well. The warr. on the torque wrenches is only 1 year. I did not realize untill recently that most auto parts stores warrany their tools for life. Just get one you can afford like some other people said.
