Uhh thanks a lot?
well thats who would have them or your local ford dealership
Well thanks, but I am trying to go the wreckers route since I will PROBABLY end up deleting it after I get the car e-tested (this is the last year that I have to do since it will be 20 years old next year)...I am not even going to attempt the ford dealership, they wanted $280 for a Clutch Cable...I could just imagine what they want for a pollution pump. I guess I could try AutoZone...the only wreckers that seems to have one wants $50 bucks for it.
the 20 year old thing dosn't apply and is not true.. your car should always have whatever it had on it when it came from teh factory. if it came from teh factory with it then it should always have that piece on.

Look around on this site's classified and the Corral's classifieds.
I just sold a working smog pump off my '92 for $25 shipped on the Corral.

What? When the car is 20 years old in Ontario, it does not have to be e-tested anymore (doesn't make sense, but that's how it is).

I'm gonna use the one of my dads old 1991 f-150...looks like it should work. It fits into my bracket, the only real difference from what I see is that there's an extra hole in it (that goes to the cannister on his truck, but i dont have a cannister), so i'll just plug that hole and I should be good. Putting it in today.

id remove it and see if it passes. if it doesnt, thats when you spend the 50 for the "new" smog pump.

It's all been taken care of. The one off the f-150 worked just fine...put it on today in like 45mins (without a garage, in the parking lot lol).
