It is repairable if it was not a vert.. looks like the body tweaked so the passenger side door doesn't close properly... It normally just takes a body/frame guy who is willing to do alot of work. Usual body shops wont fix it as they would consider it a total. So it would need to be done on the side.

This 89 was bent alot worse than yours, in the same spot, and we fixed it. It did involve alot of drilling, cutting and welding... but it is as good as new.

By the was this was the before pic taken beforethe tired 5.0 came out and in went a beeffy 306.

My friend's '98 GT was worse when he bought it at the salvage auction and he fixed it.
He's got a frame machine though.

Before you tear it apart, get a few estimates from the frame shops around you! If it is fixable, FIX it! It would be a shame to see such a nice vert trashed, if it could be fixed! It looks like most of the damage is in front of the shock towers, so it may not be that bad actually.

id say it depends on how much you love the car. it might be a lot cheaper though to find a nice 4cyl notch and swap all your parts over.

I think its toast... but it would not hurt to take it to the frame dudes and see what they say.
