how to: get this leet paint on my car?

found these in an ad tryin to sell the hood... would it be like a neon yellow base and red/orange kandy or what??

to me it looks 3 stage.....i would have to guess red to black base coat. (something dark within that) most likely kandy paint....doubt in pearl in it, could be though....usually pearls dont look that opaque, ususally pearls have a ton of depth to them to make em pop.

and who in the hell would spend that much on paint, for that freakin car....
