hahaha. thisbrings back memories of drivers ed. i had the pt cruiser and for some reason this thing was pooch, faster than some but still slow as hell. when my instructor (also my gym teacher that i was cool with) told me to get on the express way and merge i did....then we proceeded to argue with each other as he's yelling to speed up that im not goin fast enough and im yelling back that the car is a slow piece of **** and its been floored since the light 1/2 mile away. my boss also has a '79 fairmont that he uses as his absolute beater. i mean this thing even has the stock baby blue/plaid interior the he insists to call "elusive". that car is many things, but elusive it is not [8D]
HAHA! I really LOL'd at that! Too funny.

When my '83 was still stock with the 4banger in it, it was pathetic. I raced my friend's 3cyl Geo Metro and barely beat him by a half car length to 60mph. I got the half car jump off the line and just stayed there the whole way. Saddest thing was he had 2 people in his car and I was alone. He probably would've beat me without the passenger. After college, the 4 banger had to go!
