From what I have heard, those 97 F150's that had the tailpipe that exited in front of the wheel had lug problems on the back passenger side wheel. I guess it was mostly on trucks that idled alot and drove slow. Then in 98+ they moved it behind the wheel. Hmmm...

u dont need any. unless your parking the car in 12" of water, the lugs & studs are barely going to rust.
only times i've ever snapped a customers studs are when the previous mechanic cross threaded the nut, and just slammed it on with a gun & said **** it

ill bejust doing a simple brake job or somethin, and itll turn into a big event getting the god damn wheel off,lol

if the lugs are plated the plating will hip off inside when you put it on, ive had 3 do this before i started using anti-seize, and no i wasnt using an impact gun
