Anyone have alignment problems after installation ? will i need to get a wheel allignment??

I'd also like to swap to a Grant wheel on a tilt column ('89 column). Subscribing to see what others have used for an adapter, clock spring, and surrounding trim. Pics would be great! I want a nice clean install.

you need the installation kit part number 3289 .. about the trim peices .. if you already have an 89 column in your car you should be able to reuse your trim peices .. if you have a 90-93 car you have to buy 87-93 trim peices

Cool, thanks.

I just didn't want to see any gaps or holes. I've seen a few cars with aftermarket steering wheels that looked pretty hacked.

Mine's an '83 with a '93 interior swapped in, then the '89 tilt column was swapped in later. Has the '89 column trim and instrument cluster shroud too.

in the instructions it says to mark the shaft and wheel so when you put the wheel back the marks line up .. but what if your switching the wheel .. how does that work ???
