Default Power Window Issues

I have 2 power window issues that I need your help on please......

#1 - the pass side window goes down fine. when coming up, it hesitates have way (like really slows down), and then completes normally.

#2 - the drivers side window goes down fine, when coming up, I think it comes ajar, and I have to put my hand on the glass so it continues all the way up without stopping.

Ideas? So far I removed the pass side panel and looked inside. Looks ok to me but what do I know. Could it be something as simple as need greasing? And if so, what kind of grease? What about new pads? Hmmm....I do have new power window motor? Could that be it? I haven't touched the drivers door yet. Wanted to get one at a time done. Ideas? I know someone knows the answer...............

Replace the nylon bushings in the motor. They pretty much turn to gel after the years. It take about 30min per door.

Ok, I'm stupid so what is a nylon bushing and would it be easier to just replace the motors since I do have them?

the same thing happend to me. 4 times (2 to each. rebuilding the motor only prolonged the life of it by a few months)

i would just find some window motors with a lifetime warranty on them and be done with it

My windows act sluggish coming up on my 88, my teacher at school told me to check all the grounds for the wiring of the motors, so we pulled the panels and sure enough that fixed the problem, rust was causing resistance and causing it to take more juice to go up and it was fighting itself...just a sugestion. but I should of greased it while the panels were off[:@]

Dang, that sucks. Yeah, let me know. A friend of mine offered to replace my bushings and motors. I have some newer motors but not brand new ones.....good luck with yours!
