so is the belt still around the p/s pump pulley? if so you should take it off as the pump will burn up. did you try the plug thing. also u might want to try n tap the starter while someones tries to crank it.

yeah its still arround the pump, like i said its just dummied there cus i couldnt find a short enough belt not to put it there, and i dont GAF about the pump it can burn up cu i dont want power steering, power steering is for pussies. but no i didnt try the plug thing yet but im goin out there to work on it tonight, and ill try it

ok well not that you said that. how long did you run the car with no fluid? or is there fluid? try taking the belt completely off and starting it. do that before pulling plugs.

no there is no fluid in it, i just pulled the hose off that goes from the pump to the rack, drained it of fluid, and bolted her up, and im realy hoping that this is my problem.

omg dude that thing much scream like a sob. lol i think at this point ur first step is to take that belt off and try with the key. if nothing pull some plugs and try that. i doubt the plug thing will really help but definitly try it.

ill most definately be trying some of these things tonight, hopefully she will be running by the time i leave, ill keep you guys posted, oh yeah i got some pics of the build up on the car, and before/afters ill try to get some up on here.

Wow... umm thats all I can really say about that is.... wow... Would you ever run your engine without oil???

You unhooked the hose to the P/S pump and drained the fluid, then drove the car with the belt turning the pump....... and you didn't foresee a problem? I can't believe some of the things you guys are doing to your cars and then seem suprised when you have problems.

yeah i know that was not smart, but i did get it fixed, i just bypassed the pump, but now i have more problems, i got it dialed in took it down the road and all it does is spin the tires, this concerns me cause i have 2756015 drag radials on it

I'm glad you got it fixed... as for the other "problem" of having too much power that all you do is spin the tires... well, that's a good problem. LOL.
