Default swap of a different kind?

I was sitting in bio class daydreaming today and I was thinking to myself, how cool it would look to change the nose/mouldings of my '91 to a capri RS front clip etc...

how would that look/has anyone done that before? I dont think Mercury made a capri vert, ive never seen one

It wouldnt look right because the front wouldnt match the back.
Capri's had flared wheel openings front and rear.
