Ok Ok sorry just got a little carried away I have the test light I just need a battery.

 

Ok now that I put the battery in everything was ok selonoid and all. So was tryng to start it and the same noise kept coming from the starter. Then I tried again and she turned Over!! now everytime i turn the key she turns over. What do I do now? The carburetor is leaking fuel from here could that be the problem?
