Fog Light bulbs

How do I check/change the bulbs in the stock fog lights on a 91 GT? The lense cover is on so tightly, I wondering if it's suppose to twist off. Of course I don't want to break it.

I believe the bulbs are removable from the back

The Ford shop manual tells you to do it this way.

Also the replacement bulb for your fog lights if needed is a H3-55W.

If you want something whiter and brighter than the stock bulb, go with the
Sylvania H3ST Silverstar.
