I have a push button starter on my truck. Kinda cool since it's somewhat unique. It's been on theresincebefore I owned itthough and I have no idea how it's hooked up. My dad hada mechanic friendput in when the ignition cylinder broke and the Start position wouldn't work. You still have to put the key in and turn it to Run before the button will work though. The accessory position doesn't work either along with the littlemechanism thatlocks the key in there until you hit a switch under the column (my Cobra has this, not sure about earlier 'stangs). The button itself is actually a panic button from a residential alarm system circa the '80s
