Default RE: intake question

shelty got the ram air intake on his car im pretty shure he said he would rather have the regular cold air intake. im not really shure most people go with the cold air intake i think the ram air is more money. i just dont trust it myself run in a puddle i feel it sits low enough for water to get into your engine. i spent 35.00 on a new k and n filter and got the same affect as the ram air intake or the cold air intake fenderwell kit. [8D]just get a drop in k and n filter youll be set.

They'll work pretty much the same, drawing cooler air into the engine. Ram air doesn't "ram" enough air to make extra power until you hit like 120mph, and even then, the gain is minimal.
