Im sooooo pissed!
So my friends cousin just bought a 66 coupe with a 351 in it. He kept telling how he would smash on me and whatnot. I saw him on the street the other day and we went at it. His motor is bone stock with a small cam. We went from a rolling start and I was in second. That bast*rd stayed head to head with me. Thats really ghey, considering a have a built 302 and gears. I guess the fact that his car ways 2900 with him in it an Im at 3400-3500 would make a huge difference. That just makes me want to hurry up with my 351 build. I already have the shortblock, now if any one wants to donate me a set of AFR 205s.....
i plan on going 351c in a fox eventually dont know if ill use the vert or not, the fear the cleve with its quicker revving motor
plus its more eye candy in an engine bay

Yes, well Im thinking of going 408 and some juice, maybe a 125-150 shot. I just gotta wait till I move next month. I already have a job lined up thats guaranteed and I'll be able to afford it.

I ran an 8.6 at 82 mph. And supposedly put down 280 before I did LT's, o/r h, CAI, and MAF. My block has 150k on it and has seen better days for sure. Not to mention, my clutch slips a lil now, though it wasnt noticeable when we raced.
A few other things I cant remember

...hmmm guess the weight advantage and no replacement for displacement holds true
