Default question about fuel lines?????

hey guys, I just moved and dont have a garage to work on my car anymore. I need my fuel lines replaced on my 95 GT and the local shop quoted the job at $1200 to replace the lines front to back. Does that sound like they are trying to shaft me or is that what it costs? I would never have imagined it would cost that much.
ANY KNOWLEDGE ON THIS ISSUE???
Thanks guys

Wow thats alot of dough. I replaced both my fuel lines on my 86 Gt last year. Upgraded to s.s and paind a little over $300 shipped for both. It wasn't hard at all to install. So if parts cost $350 they want $850 for a 2-3 hour job

Go elsewhere man before they rip you a new one... stock lines are only like 200-250 so
Buy your own parts then shop around for the best labor price

It is not hard to do yourself...I did mine in a couple of hours. It would have been quicker if I didn't have to slip them over the subframe connectors[:@]
