either will work fine. I have nylon, but that is just what came with the gauge. Copper is less likely to break, but is more of a pain to run.

I ran the same gauge in mine with a nylon tube, but I have yet to hook it up [:@]

How do you plan on connecting yours? I was going to put mine where the stock sensor is, but what size fitting do you need to put in there to fit??

nylon is fine...however let me provide a insight on doing such inside the car.....if it leaks or busts....you will have one oil mess in the car!!!..I have mine on the pillar post in the car and will be moving it asap out onto the cowl pod I have cause I don't want the possible potential for an oil mess in the car...anyway just a thought

ya im putting it on the a-pillar. Answer to your question though, i bought a sunpro nylon set with the tubing and fittings. The fittings fit in where the sending unit went perfectly, but i wasnt able to hook the other end up to the gauge, due to the thread coarse. Also my nylon kinked right when i took it out, so i think i might just go copper because it seems less likely to break inside the car and leave a mess.

Mine came in on my blue car from a thin clear rubber hose connected to the gauge. Now that was scary watching that thing and hoping it didnt exploded lol.
