Sniper Chips?

I just called Mustang Magic in NY (Where I am moving to next month).......they have a dyno/tuner, so I will finally get my car tuned!!

I asked him what chip they use, and he said Sniper....

I never heard of it.....any inputs?

I found some stuff out there, but from what I seen....the Sniper chips are for the 96 and up...

Is there a way they can use iton the Foxes??
