i have a 94 GT and ive noticed a squeling sound its not there when the clutch is in but when the clutch is not engaged it starts squeling do i need a new throwout bearing?

 

That is what mine was doing when i needed a new one.....while your down there i would check your retaining sleeve I know on my T5 there was a cheap aluminum one that was pretty tore up and it was causing some problems, i bought a hardend steel one for $40-50 i think
