Getting another Mustang

RE: Getting another Mustang
You say you had a '98 before, so if you wanted a 5.0 and an identical body, brakes, suspension(more or less) then a '94-'95 would be good. If you want something different than a Fox is the way to go, but you give up some of the niceities mentioned by other guys such as the 4 wheel disc brakes and 5-lug wheels (yes, dual airbags too [8D]). Some poeple say the sn-95 is the best of both worlds, but I see it more like a compromise between the Fox and the later sn-95s. The HP is about the same but the sn-95 is usually a little slower stock due to beingacouple hundred lbs heavier. They also have slightly pickier computers and a more conservative tune stock. Both those issues can be fixed via modding though.
I was never a Fox guy but they have grown on me a bit and I probably would rock one if I didn't already have a Cobra .

RE: Getting another Mustang
All this is helping out a lot. I just can't see buying roughly a 20 year old car in 2008 as a daily driver, lol. I think the 94-95's are going to be my first choice. The motors are still solid. I'm just wanting to not spend of bunch of money to see the car turn lows 13's, high 12's. And I'm wanting comfort, reliability, handling, etc.... So it seems like foxes are out.
