86 gt, wiring in CB, HELP! FAST!
Hey guys,
I have an 86 GT and me and some buddies bought cb radios to chit chat and ****. lol Well, we were all at a loss with the recommended wiring of wiring into the fuse box on a 12v accesory and all, so we just got these things that let us wire stuff up and plug into the cigarette lighter. There's all worked great, but my cig. lighter doesn't work! Neither does my clock. So it's prolly a fuse. I didn't know wich fuse it could be so I replaced em all and it didn't help. So i'm not super worried about that although if someone could tell me the exact fuse, what number fuse it is, and what kinda fuse it takes that'd be great. But I think i'm just gonna wire it up normally. How do I do that? lol Do I just find a 12v accesory runnin into the fuse panel, and wire it in with that, then ground it? And by wire it in with I mean cut the wire sleeve and wrap the cb power one around it. Please help, and fast! I wanna get it on! lol[/align]
