Damn looks like they did some damage. Something does sound a bit fishy about it... But if it were me Id be on the news SO FAST! GO down to a news station and tell them your story, get everyoneon your side.

i could buy that damage from a curb, but i wanna see where he hit you hard enough, that even though you where backing up, he pushed you all the way into the curb

i was parked like right up against the curb and i have just started to back up light i just put it into revers i barley stept on the gas and he came up and ramed me and i hit the curb

Ok...... dude post pics up of the rest of the car....
I hate to say it, but my friend in his 99 gt backed into my friends bronco and completly Fuc*ed up the rear end...
And he was 3 feet infront of the bronco..
If a cop rammed you, there should be noticable damage... Im not going to call you a liar or anything, because it is a believeable story.
But i would like to see the back of the car... or wherever the cop hit you.....
ANd i would deff being getting one hell of a lawyer if i were you. I would be sueing the sh@t out of that department.
