Default grease retainer on front rotor

another rookie question.for you guys that can probably do this with your eyes closed. is there a trick to removing the grease retainer that holds the inner bearing assy in place inside the hub and rotor assy. i know i have to replace the retainer(seal) anyway but im afraid of damaging the bearing or the hub bore.[sm=helpout.gif]

The dust cap can be remove with a hammer and screwdriver. The inner can be remove by remove the outter bearing then reinstalling the nut bak on to the spindle. Then pull the rotor off and down so the nut catches the bearing and seal. Pops right out. Doesnt hurt anything either.
