Default Pypes vs. Flowmaste

Hey guys i am really torn on what route to go with my exhaust...i have 40 series flowmasters on my car right now (american thunder), I just installed a american thunder super 44 kit on a customers car and it is much louder and more aggressive then my car...and i just cant have that....but now i am hearing all sorts of good stuff about pypes and their systems...the flowmaster super 44 kit is $444 and change, and the pypes kit is like $360 and change and comes with stianless polished 3 inch tips...anyone have either of these kits and could you give your input? thanks!

i dont have either , but i do have the ol' 40 series flows and im tired of them too ,have them on my dodge pickup too, and my girls 70 chevelle has the new 44 series and they do sound better than the 40's

i have heard a lot of people are switching to pypes and like it go to their website and they have various sound clips.....they sound pretty good for the money.

Bought my Pypes set-up about 1-1/2yrs. ago (catted x s.s. violator mufflers and cat-back, GT style) paid about $500 for all. It has a deeper rumble than the flows w/stock h that I replaced, fitment was O.K. , needed a tweak here and there. Overall I am very happy with it!
