got the fidanza 13.5lb. Does it matter where the weight is compared to the harm. balancer?

If its like my spec is will only bolt on it one spot. From there the flywheel will only bolt onto the crank in one spot. BE SURE TO CHECK EVERY POSITION BEFORE FORCING A BOLT!!
